π¨ WE'RE HIRING β HSSE MANAGER π¨
AutoCare Experts is looking for a proactive and experienced HSSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental initiatives at our steel fabrication facility in Machikay, Sheikhupura.

Key Responsibilities:
β Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
β Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.
β Conduct risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and incident investigations.
β Lead safety inspections, audits, and corrective action programs.
β Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees.
β Monitor HSSE performance through KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
β Maintain HSSE documentation, reports, and regulatory records.
β Promote a proactive safety culture across all fabrication and production activities.
Requirements:
πΉ Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
πΉ 3β4 years of relevant HSSE experience, preferably in steel fabrication, heavy engineering, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
πΉ Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and risk management.
πΉ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
πΉ NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 certifications will be considered an advantage.
