Continuing its DE&I Legacy, Fatimafert organized 4th DE&I “Time Bridge” session that brought together employees from different generations and helped refresh their understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Generational myths were discussed, unique strengths of each age group were shared, and engaged them in team-building activities to encourage unity and respect across generations.

We bid farewell to Mr. Tayyab Ahmed, who retires after an inspiring journey of 35 years with Fatimafert.

He joined as part of the Graduate Trainees batch (GTEP-11) in 1989 and has served with distinction in the Production Department until 31st August 2025.

His unwavering commitment, professionalism, and contributions have left a lasting mark on our organization. We extend our deepest gratitude and wish him health, happiness, and fulfillment in this new chapter of life.

1. Reliability & Asset Management System (RAMS) will digitalize inspection reports, ensure stewardship of recommendations, and integrate with MOC & ERP systems.
2. ORA Phase II for Urea and Utility, which will ensure an evergreen database of machine operating parameters, supporting trending, monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

Together these systems strengthen our journey toward reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence.
