OREX Rotomoulding is a company from the Cieszyn Silesia, specializing in the production of modern machines for the rotational moulding of plastics (so-called rotomoulding).

The heart of the company beats inside a gradually restored 140-year-old building of the former sugar factory in Chybie. It is a unique combination of preserving historic architecture while producing modern technology — it is here that machines are built and exported today to many countries around the world.

Most people have never heard of rotomoulding. Yet the truth is that we encounter it every single day.

Try a simple experiment:
1️⃣ Stand in the center of your town or village.
2️⃣ Turn around 360°.
3️⃣ There is a very high chance that you will spot several things made using this very technology: water tanks, wastewater treatment tanks, fuel tanks, garden planters, outdoor furniture, playground elements, kayaks, boats, waste bins, rainwater tanks, toolboxes, water buoys, agricultural tanks, feeders and drinkers for animals, portable toilets, automotive components — and many more.

Do you know the pink deer on Castle Hill in Cieszyn? And the frequently “kidnapped” pink Louis-style armchair?
Those are also examples of rotomoulding.

Even though spring is already in the air, today we’re taking you back to the beginning of the year – when our headquarters was still covered in a thick layer of snow. ❄️

That’s when we had the pleasure of welcoming igus Polska Sp. z o.o. to our facility. During the visit, we also had the chance to see the RCYLbike by igus in action – and as you can see, it handles winter conditions pretty well.

Of course, the main topic of our meeting was our long-standing cooperation in supplying igus components, which we have been using in our machines for many years. It’s a partnership built on quality, reliability, and trust.

And the RCYL bike itself? It’s worth mentioning that it’s produced using the rotomoulding process… coincidence? We don’t think so. 😉

A big thank you to igus for years of cooperation – and for every meter of your energy chain that helps us build solutions of the highest quality. 🤝
