BODOR T230 tube and profile fiber laser was built in 2020 by Jinan Bodor CNC Machine Co.,Ltd. The machine, which is distinguished by its use of the state-of-the-art technology available on the market, is the best choice for even the most demanding tasks in many industries. It enables precise cutting of tubes and profiles with a square cross-section by means of a stable 1 kW fibre-optic beam. During the machining process, the cutting head with auto focus function stores the focal length values in the control system separately for each type of material. The intelligent technology developed by BODOR, in turn, reduces the piercing time by 90%, regardless of the thickness and type of material. All these solutions reduce energy consumption and the amount of cutting gas to a minimum.

The T230 tube laser cutting machine is also extremely easy to operate. The machine operator has an advanced numerical control with a touchscreen and intuitive interface. The control system has many useful functions, such as the function for optimal distribution of the cut shapes on the workpiece in such a way as to make best use of the material. TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 7040 5kW 3D laser was manufactured in 2010 in Germany by TRUMPF Laser- und Systemtechnik GmbH. This extremely versatile machine is used for precise laser cutting and welding of two- and three-dimensional elements, profiles or pipes. Its wide processing capabilities combined with components with the best technical parameters make it the ideal choice for even the most demanding challenges in the broadly understood automotive technology.

All processing processes are carried out inside a fully enclosed workspace with a large table and a 5-axis work head. The 5 kW laser beam, generated by a reliable source with the highest energy efficiency, provides completely new possibilities for shaping the geometry of the object. In addition to standard cutting and welding, it is also possible to trim external contours and make through holes. All this makes the TruLaser Cell 7040 3D laser cutter an ideal alternative to advanced milling systems.

WaterJet INTERMAC PRIMUS 184 5-AXIS was manufactured in 2022 in Italy by BIESSE S.p.A. The machine dedicated to precise 3D processing of any type of glass, was designed as an effective response to the everyday challenges of modern business.

The combination of innovative waterjet cutting technology with a 5-axis cutting head provides unlimited processing possibilities. It allows, among others, cutting complex patterns and cutting holes of any size on any type of glass, with extraordinary ease. The edges of the finished elements are also distinguished by high quality of workmanship, without the need for additional finishing processing.

The machining process is carried out on a large working area with a length of 4000 mm and a width of 1860 mm. The stable construction of the machine made of stress-relieved stainless steel offers free access to the workspace from three sides, facilitating the loading and unloading of parts. The movement of the X and Y axes takes place on hardened and ground high-precision toothed guides. The Z axis moves using a prismatic recirculation ball screw. To ensure uninterrupted operation for many years of use, all table running elements are protected against water by tight covers.

AUERBACH AX3 TLF deep hole drilling machine was manufactured in 2011 in Germany by AUERBACH Maschinenfabrik GmbH. The machine is designed to create deep holes with a maximum depth of 1700 mm in various types of workpieces. The machining process is performed fully automatically by means of a swivelling drill head and supports, resulting in holes with high precision and tolerances.
