Today in Poland, we celebrate Mother’s Day 🌷💖

This special occasion is celebrated all around the world, especially throughout May in many different countries. It’s a beautiful moment to pause and thank our Moms for their love, care and everyday presence. On this special day, we encourage you to create something heartfelt and homemade. That’s why below you’ll find a simple recipe where you can use our products to prepare something truly delicious and special. Maybe it will become a beautiful surprise for your Mom? 🍰🍓

Ingredients:
• 300g Golden Garden frozen fruits (blueberries, strawberries or mixed berries)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup yogurt
• ½ cup oil
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix eggs with sugar.
3. Add yogurt and oil, mix well.
4. Add flour and baking powder, stir until smooth.
5. Pour batter into a cake pan.
6. Add frozen fruits on top.
7. Bake for 40 minutes.
8. Let it cool and sprinkle with powered sugar.
