🔧Another unit off the shop floor and ready to ship — this time a water-bath nitrogen vaporizer.
Unlike simple finned ambient-air vaporizers, which can suffer from frost build-up on the tube surface and degraded performance during continuous high-flow operation, this unit's coil is fully submerged in a heated water bath (95°C). This keeps heat transfer stable and consistent even under sustained cryogenic loads — a design approach widely used across petrochemical and industrial gas plants for exactly this reason.
Key specifications:
🔹 Design pressure: 20 bar
🔹 Design temperature: -196°C / +20°C
🔹 Total internal capacity: 240.5 L
🔹 Vaporization capacity: 5,000 Nm³/h
🔹 Weight: 570 kg
This project reflects the level of precision required when engineering equipment that bridges cryogenic and elevated-temperature service conditions in a single unit — a real testament to careful material selection, coil design, and code-compliant fabrication.
