Jeden cobot, dwa stanowiska spawalnicze. 🔥
To stanowisko zaprojektowaliśmy specjalnie dla jednego z naszych klientów do powtarzalnej produkcji komponentów wykorzystywanych przy budowie kotłów.
Stół roboczy ma wymiary 1200 × 2400 mm, a przestrzeń została podzielona na dwa stanowiska spawalnicze obsługiwane przez jednego cobota.
Jak to działa?
Gdy na jednym stanowisku trwa demontaż gotowego elementu i montaż kolejnego, na drugim cobot już spawa. Następnie przechodzi do przygotowanego detalu.
Dzięki temu ograniczamy czas, w którym system czeka na operatora, i możemy zachować ciągłość powtarzalnej produkcji. ⚙️

One cobot, two welding stations. 🔥
We designed this workstation specifically for one of our customers for the repetitive production of components used in boiler manufacturing.
The worktable measures 1200 × 2400 mm, and the workspace is divided into two welding stations operated by a single cobot.
How does it work?
While a finished component is being removed and the next one is being set up at one station, the cobot is already welding at the other. It then moves to the newly prepared workpiece.
This reduces the time the system spends waiting for the operator and helps maintain continuity in repetitive production. ⚙️
