Industrial are built for repetition, precision, strength. In a way, they are meant to be stronger, better humans (at least in physical labour context!). But when it comes to temperature, they’re more like us than you’d think - most operate best between 0°C and 45°C.

Robot covers play a quiet but critical role in keeping automation reliable, especially in harsh environment.

When choosing the right cover, keep these key points in mind:


🔹 Know your environment

Dust, heat, chemicals, welding spatter - each poses different risks. The wrong material can lead to damage or unexpected downtime.

🔹 Allow free movement

Covers should follow the robot’s motion. If they’re too stiff or loose, they can interfere with performance. Choose a supplier that takes the robot movement into consideration.
