The most important factors inducing consumers to buy cosmetics

For 41.7% of the respondents the most important factor
for buying cosmetics are their properties. For 26.3% of respondents
another very important factor is the price/promotion, which draws
attention to the purchase. For 17.6% of the respondents the third
factor is the product brand. Less than 7.3% of the respondents make
the purchasing decision under the influence of advertising. For 5.7%
of the respondents the cosmetic packaging is crucial to the purchase,
and for 1.4% of the respondents, the composition or the opinion of
friends. According to 70.0% of the respondents, the most attractive
form of promotion of a cosmetic product is a giveaway sample. For
48.2% of the respondents it is an attractive discount in cosmetics
promotion. The least attractive form of promotion for 10.8% of
the respondents are contest coupons or participation in the loyalty
program. 1.0% of the respondents found loyalty cards and discounts
the most attractive forms of promotion of cosmetic products.
Conclusions. The respondents suggest that the cosmetic
composition and properties are the main factors influencing their
decision to buy. The pricing strategy is invariable - customers look
for high quality preparations offered at low prices.

Poszukujemy osób do pakowania małych saszetek w zbiorcze torebki foliowe.

Praca polega na tym, że wykonawca odbiera kartony saszetek luzem a oddaje kartony przepakowane już w woreczki foliowe po 25 sztuk każdy.

Potrzebne raczej auto aby odebrać z magazynu saszetki i potem je odwieźć już przepakowane.

Mile widziane osoby z doświadczeniem chałupnika, pakowacza.
Preferujemy osoby z terenu Marek i okolic, z uwagi na logistykę.
