Ever wonder how industrial-scale freezing actually works? 💡Most people don’t think about it, but we do all the time. It’s our job after all.
The "classic" way involves mechanical freezing, but that can be slow, bulky, and sometimes a bit rough on the product’s quality. For us, cryogenic freezing is the clear winner: it’s fast and keeps the moisture, texture, and taste exactly as they should be.
One of common challenges? Space. 📐
Mechanical freezing units can be huge. And so can be the compressor rooms needed to serve them. Cryogenic freezing is smaller by default. But... can we go even smaller?
We could go vertical.
We could stack.
By putting three conveyor belts into our Trideck Tunnel, one upon the other, we maximize production output while minimizing the floor space needed. All the power of cryogenic freezing in a much smarter footprint.
