Właśnie przeprowadziliśmy demontaż maszyny Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 102-2-P z 2007 roku, która niedługo trafi do nowego właściciela w Azji. 🌍📦 Dwa kontenery zostały już załadowane i są gotowe do transportu. Wkrótce wyruszą w trasę 🔜

Demontowana maszyna to 2-kolorowy Heidelberg z odwracaniem 1+1 / 2+0, wyposażony m.in. w system sterowania CP2000 Center, automatyczne systemy mycia oraz rozwiązania, które od lat są cenione za niezawodność i wysoką jakość produkcji✅

Maszyna Komori LS-540+C z 2007 roku, zakupiona u klienta w Polsce, rozpoczyna swoją podróż do nowego właściciela w Azji 🌍 To zaawansowana maszyna z wysoką wydajność produkcji do nawet 16 000 arkuszy na godzinę!

Warto wspomnieć, że przy załadunku maszyny wykorzystaliśmy dźwig o nośności 90 ton! 💪🏻 Operator precyzyjnie zdjął kontener z naczepy, co umożliwiło bezpieczne umieszczenie maszyny wewnątrz. Następnie ponownie załadował przygotowany i zabezpieczony kontener na samochód transportowy 🚚

A Komori LS-540+C (2007) is on its way to its new owner in Asia after being purchased from a customer in Poland 🌍 Equipped for high-performance production, this advanced press can print up to 16,000 sheets per hour.

A highlight of this operation was the use of a 90-ton crane during the loading process 💪🏻 The crane operator precisely lifted the container off the trailer, allowing the press to be safely placed inside. Once the machine was properly secured, the container was loaded back onto the transport vehicle 🚚
