Modern vacuum thermoforming in practice 🚜✨

At Polimer Sp. z o.o., we specialise in vacuum thermoforming of large thermoplastic sheets, delivering lightweight, durable and precise components for agricultural, industrial and special-purpose machinery.

One of our recent projects involved a complete set of external covers for a large agricultural harvester. We carried out a full technology transfer, replacing manual polyester laminate composites with an efficient vacuum forming process.

The results speak for themselves:

At Polimer, we never stop improving. While we’re well known for our high-quality roof systems, our expertise goes far beyond that.

In one of our latest projects, we’ve transformed the way we produce lamp brackets and side covers for semi-trailers – moving from traditional hand lay-up fiberglass composites to a modern vacuum thermoforming technology using ABS/PMMA.
