In this railway application, an aluminium-optimised design reduced weight by up to 40% compared with the original welded steel structure while meeting demanding structural integrity, reliability, and safety requirements.

Our aluminium casting expertise, controlled production process, and ISO 22163-certified manufacturing made this possible.

Deszcz, chłód i pięć gorących serc. 💙

12 września nasza drużyna wzięła udział w 10. PKO Biegu Charytatywnym, wspierając zdrowie psychiczne dzieci i młodzieży.
Mimo niesprzyjających warunków Dagmara, Arek, Hubert, Szymon i Adam osiągnęli świetne wyniki:

🏃 15. miejsce na 42 drużyny w kategorii open
🏃 6. miejsce na 25 drużyn w kategorii mieszanej

Każde okrążenie miało znaczenie. Opłaty startowe w całości zostaną przeznaczone na pomoc psychologiczną dla dzieci i młodzieży, a za każde pokonane 400 metrów PKO Bank Polski dokłada kolejne 10 zł.

Behind every journey, there is engineering.

Lightweight railway vehicles are not created simply by replacing steel with aluminium. Better results come from designing components specifically for aluminium from the very beginning.

When design and manufacturing are considered together from the earliest stages of development, selected railway components can achieve weight reductions of up to 40% while maintaining the strength, durability and safety required for demanding rail applications.

This approach is already used for components such as axle gearbox housings, crash protection structures, crossmembers and other safety-critical parts, allowing manufacturers to reduce weight without sacrificing performance.

A well-designed component still depends on how it is manufactured.

200 kilometrów. Deszcz, błoto, przewyższenia i miejsca, w których trudno było mówić o jakiejkolwiek drodze.

Tak wyglądał tegoroczny Ultra Wschód. A nasza ekipa wróciła z niego z kompletem świetnych wyników:

🥈 Gosia – 2. miejsce wśród kobiet na dystansie 100 km
🥇 Grzegorz – 1. miejsce na dystansie 200 km
🥈 Paweł – 2. miejsce na dystansie 200 km

W takich warunkach samo dotarcie do mety jest osiągnięciem. Tym bardziej robią wrażenie trzy miejsca na podium.

Bo za takim wynikiem rzadko stoi przypadek. Są godziny przygotowań, doświadczenie i praca wykonana dużo wcześniej – zanim pojawi się szansa na medal.

Gosia, Grzegorz, Paweł – wielkie gratulacje! 👏 Mocny występ całej ekipy.

A po 100 i 200 kilometrach deszczu, błota i przewyższeń pozostaje już tylko jedno pytanie: kiedy kolejny start? 😉
