🚀 Dzień Inżyniera 2026 na WE ZUT - Poznaj naszego prelegenta

Jednym z prelegentów będzie mgr inż. Mateusz Spychała – absolwent automatyki i robotyki WE ZUT, dziś Kierownik ds. Badań i Rozwoju oraz współzałożyciel i współwłaściciel szczecińskiej firmy Aerobits.

Już w trakcie studiów był prezesem kół naukowych, laureatem międzynarodowych zawodów robotycznych oraz stypendystą Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego. Dwukrotnie wpisany do Złotej Księgi Absolwentów ZUT.

Od lat rozwija zaawansowane systemy integracji dronów i statków załogowych w jednej przestrzeni powietrznej. Dziś rozwiązania Aerobits trafiają do setek firm na całym świecie.

In the latest edition of the Mikromakro Index 2025, presented in the article
📄 “The Drone Market — a Land of a Handful of Leaders and Crowds of Eternal Dreamers” by Sławomir Kosieliński, AEROBITS has been classified among the market leaders 🏆
📊 What do the data show?

The Mikromakro Index evaluates companies based on two measurable dimensions:
🧠 Technological maturity
📈 Business maturity

Only a limited number of companies achieve high scores in both areas simultaneously. In the 2025 edition, AEROBITS received the maximum score of 200 points in the production category, maintaining the same result as in 2024.

📌 According to the index results:
over 70% of the market remains in the technological-business niche
only a small group of companies demonstrates the maturity required to scale solutions and deliver them in real operational environments.

The inclusion of AEROBITS in this group confirms that our solutions are:
✅ technologically mature
✅ operationally deployed
✅ ready for use in regulated aviation environments ✈️

Aerobits Featured in Unmanned Systems Technology! 🚀

We are pleased to share that our work has been recognized — Unmanned Systems Technology has published an article titled “Aerobits Showcases Integrated Airspace Ecosystem for UAV Connectivity & UTM”, highlighting our approach to airspace safety and UAV integration.
By combining technologies such as Remote ID, FLARM, ADS-B, LTE, and GNSS with our OEM modules, Aerobits is building a coherent and intelligent airspace ecosystem — supporting everything from hobby flights, through BVLOS operations, to collaborations with public institutions and UAV manufacturers.

Firma AEROBITS Sp. z o.o. uzyskała dotację z Unii Europejskiej na projekt „Ekstremalna miniaturyzacja transpondera lotniczego z wykorzystaniem unikalnego sposobu przetwarzania sygnałów wysokich częstotliwości”. Celem realizacji projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych służących opracowaniu mikro-transpondera lotniczego w postaci modułu OEM – co w efekcie umożliwi zapewnienie funkcji identyfikacji BSP w powietrzu z uwzględnieniem restrykcyjnych wymogów Agencji UE ds. Bezpieczeństwa Lotniczego dla urządzeń lokalizujących instalowanych na niewielkich platformach bezzałogowych. Działania te zostaną zrealizowane poprzez badania przemysłowe, eksperymentalne prace rozwojowe, działania związane z rozwojem cyfrowych kompetencji personelu badawczego oraz ochronę własności intelektualnej.

Docelowo ze zminiaturyzowanego na niespotykaną dotąd skalę transpondera lotniczego w postaci modułu OEM, które zostanie wprowadzone na rynek, będą mogli korzystać producenci dronów (zastosowana technologia miniaturyzacji pozwoli na integrację transponderów w urządzeniach, które wcześniej nie mogłyby pomieścić większych komponentów), producenci elektroniki awionicznej (którzy będą mogą zintegrować OEM w swoich urządzeniach), w ramach infrastruktury lotniskowej (m.in. dzięki integracji dronów z istniejącymi systemami radarowymi) i inni.


Wartość projektu: 4 653 695,31 zł
Wysokość wkładu z Funduszy Europejskich: 3 273 819,10 zł

We were proud to join SEMICON Europa 2025 in Munich as a co-exhibitor, together with our stand partners: Invest in Pomerania, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE).
