Siła jest kobietą! 💪
A potrzeba było dużej siły, żeby powstał ten zbiornik.
Dlaczego? Ponieważ jest to zbiornik na kwas siarkowy. Oznacza to, że musi być wytrzymały, bo jak z większością mediów, na które tworzymy nasze zbiorniki – nie ma żartów.
Poznajcie dwie urocze panie z Chemetu – Kasię, która zaprojektowała ten zbiornik oraz Edytę, która prowadziła zlecenie ze strony obsługi handlowej.
Chemet to duża firma produkcyjna, w której zdecydowaną większość załogi stanowią mężczyźni.
Nie miejcie wątpliwości, że to męskie dłonie spawały, montowały i malowały ten zbiornik.
Jednak chcemy również pokazać, że mamy całkiem sporą reprezentację kobiet w firmie i akurat te dwie Panie miały swój udział w projektowaniu i ustalaniu warunków handlowych z klientem.
Dziękujemy wszystkim za zaangażowanie w pracę i w produkcję tego zbiornika na kwas siarkowy.

Strength is a woman! 💪
And it took great strength to create this tank.
Why? Because it is a tank for sulfuric acid. This means it must be highly durable, because — like with most substances for which we manufacture our tanks — there’s no room for mistakes.
Meet two wonderful women from Chemet: Kasia, who designed this tank, and Edyta, who took care about the customer service.
Chemet is a large manufacturing company where the vast majority of employees are men.
Make no mistake — it was men’s hands that welded, assembled, and painted this tank.
However, we also want to show that we have a significant representation of women in the company, and these two ladies played their part in the design process and in negotiating the commercial terms with the client.
We thank everyone for their commitment and involvement in the production of this particular sulfuric acid tank.

La force est une femme ! 💪
Et il a fallu beaucoup de force pour fabriquer ce réservoir.

Pourquoi ? Parce qu’il s’agit d’un réservoir pour l’acide sulfurique (VI). Cela signifie qu’il doit être très résistant, car, comme pour la plupart des substances pour lesquelles nous concevons nos réservoirs, il n’y a pas de place pour l’improvisation.

Faites connaissance avec deux charmantes collaboratrices de Chemet : Kasia, qui a conçu ce réservoir, et Edyta, qui l’a vendu.

Chemet est une grande entreprise industrielle où la grande majorité des employés sont des hommes.
Il ne fait aucun doute que ce sont des mains masculines qui ont soudé, assemblé et peint ce réservoir.

Cependant, nous souhaitons également montrer que nous avons une représentation féminine assez importante dans l’entreprise, et que ces deux collaboratrices ont justement contribué à la conception ainsi qu’à la définition des conditions commerciales avec le client.

Nous remercions tout le monde pour son engagement dans le travail et dans la production de ce réservoir d’acide sulfurique (VI).

W ubiegłym tygodniu w Starostwie Powiatowym w Tarnowskich Górach odbył się finał konkursu Młodej Przedsiębiorczości „Młody Przedsiębiorco, KLIKNIJ W TARNOGÓRSKI”. Była to już kolejna edycja konkursu, a my z przyjemnością przyglądamy się zarówno działaniom pro-przedsiębiorczym wśród młodych ludzi, jak i pomysłom na promowanie naszego regionu.

🎉 Gratulujemy wygranym z Zespołu Szkół Budowlano-Architektonicznych w Tarnowskich Górach.🎉🎉🎉

W ubiegłym tygodniu mieliśmy okazję uczestniczyć w Forum Paliw Gazowych, spotkać się i porozmawiać z zaprzyjaźnionymi przedstawicielami branży gazowej.
Poza wymianą uprzejmości i mile spędzonym czasem w gronie wieloletnich znajomych, spotkanie niosło ze sobą ogromna wartość merytoryczną:
- podczas konferencji zaprezentowano min. Raport Roczny POGP za rok 2025,
- poruszono wiele angażujących tematów dla branży LPG zwłaszcza w tzw. niepewnych czasach.
Pełni nadziei patrzymy w przyszłość.

Last week, we had the opportunity to participate in the Gas Fuels Forum and meet with colleagues and partners from the gas industry.
Beyond exchanging pleasantries and enjoying time together with long-standing acquaintances, the meeting brought significant substantive value:
- during the conference, the POGP Annual Report for 2025 was presented,
- many engaging topics relevant to the LPG sector were discussed, especially in these uncertain times.
We look to the future with optimism.

La semaine dernière, nous avons eu l’occasion de participer au Forum des Carburants Gazeux, ainsi que de rencontrer et d’échanger avec des représentants du secteur gazier avec lesquels nous entretenons des relations de longue date.
Au-delà des échanges cordiaux et du plaisir de se retrouver entre partenaires de longue date, cette rencontre a apporté une réelle valeur ajoutée sur le plan professionnel :
• lors de la conférence, le Rapport Annuel du POGP pour l’année 2025 a notamment été présenté,
• de nombreux sujets engageants pour le secteur du LPG ont été abordés, en particulier dans le contexte des temps incertains actuels.
C’est avec optimisme que nous regardons vers l’avenir.

W ubiegłym tygodniu wzięliśmy udział w Dniu Otwartym i Dniu z Pracodawcą, organizowanym przez Politechnikę Śląską.
Każdego roku z przyjemnością uczestniczymy w tym wydarzeniu, gdyż jest to okazja do spotkań z przedstawicielami uczelni, ze studentami oraz zaproszonymi uczniami szkół średnich.
Takie spotkanie to trójstronna korzyść:
👉 dla uczelni jest to szansa na pozyskanie informacji na temat oczekiwań pracodawców względem studentów, którzy w przyszłości mogą stać się ich pracownikami,
👉 dla studentów otwierają się możliwości na pierwszy kontakt z potencjalnym pracodawcą, a także na weryfikację, czy wybrany kierunek studiów jest kompatybilny z oczekiwaniami pracodawców,
👉 dla nas jako pracodawców jest to okazja do poznania młodych i przedsiębiorczych pasjonatów transportu, którzy w najbliższym czasie wejdą na rynek pracy.

Last week, we took part in the Open Day and Employer Day organized by the Silesian University of Technology.
Each year, we are pleased to participate in this event, as it provides an opportunity to meet representatives of the university, students, and invited high school pupils.
Such a meeting creates a threefold benefit:
👉 for the university, it is a chance to gain insight into employers’ expectations towards students who may become their future employees,
👉 for students, it opens up opportunities for their first contact with potential employers and allows them to verify whether their chosen field of study aligns with market expectations,
👉 for us as an employer, it is an opportunity to meet young, ambitious enthusiasts of transport who will soon enter the job market.

La semaine dernière, nous avons participé à la Journée portes ouvertes et à la Journée avec les employeurs, organisées par l'Université technique de Silésie.
Chaque année, c'est avec plaisir que nous participons à cet événement, c'est l'occasion de rencontrer les représentants de l'université, les étudiants ainsi que les lycéens invités.
Une telle rencontre présente un triple avantage :
👉 pour l'université, c'est l'occasion d'obtenir des informations sur les attentes des employeurs vis-à-vis des étudiants qui pourraient devenir leurs futurs employés,
👉 pour les étudiants, cela ouvre des possibilités de premier contact avec un employeur potentiel, ainsi que de vérifier si le domaine d'études choisi est compatible avec les attentes des employeurs,
👉 pour nous, en tant qu'employeurs, c'est l'occasion de rencontrer des jeunes passionnés de transport et dotés d'un esprit d'entreprise, qui vont bientôt entrer sur le marché du travail.
