Last Saturday I had the chance to talk about my work on the Polish national radio station Czwórka.

We discussed why rotary mixers are still relevant despite the massive development of DJ technology, why digital is not worse than vinyl, but how the lack of physical limitations can sometimes lead to sound degradation, and why sound quality has to go hand in hand with the physical feel of the mixer.

It was a deep technical conversation with an experienced host - DJ Bert, who has been a DJ for 30 years.

Since September 2025, DOT has been part of the mixer rotation at BAR TON Bucharest.

Here is a snippet from a recent session. Full recordings of TON sessions are available on BAR TON's YouTube and SoundCloud.

I continue to receive positive feedback from both artists and the venue owners. The sound quality and the clarity of the minimalist interface are mentioned most often.
