Hemolens Diagnostics

Hemolens Diagnostics Hemolens Diagnostics is a Polish venture which specializes in cardiac diagnostics. Each year almost 18 million people die from Coronary Artery Disease.

It’s now the number one cause of death Worldwide. But the problem lies also in Cardiac Diagnostics. The current diagnostic pathway is very long, expensive, and still not accurate enough. Because of that almost 30% of patients are sent home with their undetected disease. Unnecessary invasive coronary angiographies increase costs and waiting times. Our team consisting of bioengineers, cardiologists,

and ICT professionals has created an innovative, non-invasive method of identifying atherosclerosis.

Innovation isn’t a slogan - it’s something that’s happening now 🚀.

We are proud to share that Hemolens Diagnostics’ patent application has been named a Quartus 2026 laureate - an award that recognizes creators of inventions submitted for patent protection.

The prized application concerned a method for processing continuous non-invasive arterial blood pressure signals🩸🫀. The author of the awarded patent is Bartosz Olszewski, BME Engineer at Hemolens Diagnostics, in collaboration with PhD in Engineering, Cyprian Mataczyński, and PhD, Habilitation in Engineering, Magdalena Kasprowicz, Head of the BrainLab research group.

The winning application was submitted jointly with Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Politechnika Wrocławska) as part of the PhD Program, where Bartosz Olszewski attends.

This distinction underscores a powerful truth - when business and science join forces, they don’t just innovate; they redefine what’s possible and reshape the world around us 🦾. That’s why at Hemolens Diagnostics, we strongly believe in academic cooperation.

Congratulations to all involved! 👏🏻

CCTA is now first-line for diagnosing coronary artery disease (CAD) 🫀 - is your workflow keeping up?

The new e-book, based on interviews with European radiologists, focuses on practical insights rather than general theory. It provides a hands-on guide built around the expectations and experiences of your peers. The report highlights the benefits of CCTA, such as reducing diagnostic time by 54% and lowering care costs by 35%, while also identifying key gaps in current image analysis platforms.

💡 What will you learn from the report?
1. What are the biggest challenges radiologists face in the current CCTA reporting workflow?
2. How does AI support the diagnosis of coronary artery disease?
3. Why is diagram-based reporting better than traditional text reports?
Don’t let a lack of technology limit your diagnostic potential. Discover what modern CCTA analysis tools should look like, and how they can genuinely support radiologists and cardiologists in everyday clinical practice

🚀 Something big is coming - the world’s #1 hospital recognizes Hemolens Diagnostics’ impact!

We’re thrilled to announce that we will be participating in The Second Annual Mayo Clinic Cardiology & Radiology Innovation Summit, taking place on June 11, 2026, in Rochester, Minnesota, United States. The event is organized by Mayo Clinic, which is ranked as the number one of World’s Best Hospitals 2026 ranking.

The upcoming Summit is an invitation-only event, and our company was selected after an advanced global process, including Mayo Clinic’s internal vetting to ensure strategic alignment and clinical impact. Only less than 100 startups and investors worldwide earned this opportunity. 🌎

The summit brings together top clinicians, innovators, and investors driving breakthroughs in cardiology and radiology, with a focus on technologies that truly transform patient care. As a company developing technologies for non-invasive cardiac diagnostics, we at Hemolens Diagnostics are excited to engage with leaders shaping the future of heart health and discuss how our solutions can contribute to advancing cardiac diagnostics internationally. 🫀

A huge thank you to Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Business Development, and to the clinical and business development teams who supported us along the way.

👀 More details coming soon - stay tuned.

💐 On International Women’s Day, we celebrate what makes women truly exceptional - their sensitivity, strength, and constant care for every aspect of life. Today, however, we would like to draw attention to something that is not always visible at first glance - heart health 🫀.

In the rush of everyday life, it’s easy to put your own health last. And the heart doesn’t always shout when something is wrong - sometimes it whispers through fatigue, shortness of breath, or pressure in the chest. Symptoms are often dismissed as stress or exhaustion.

That’s why awareness matters. Prevention, knowledge, and focus on early signals can save lives.

That is why today, we wish all women not only happiness, success, and satisfaction, but also strong hearts, peace of mind, and lasting health 💙 All the best! 🌷
