Sales Representative – Renewable Energy (Solar / Storage / Heat Pumps)
📍 Location: Wrocław, Poland
At MIKO ENERGY, we are expanding our presence in the Polish renewable energy market and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Wrocław.

🔎 Your Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach residential, commercial, and industrial clients interested in solar PV, battery storage, and heat pump solutions
• Present and promote tailored renewable energy solutions based on customer needs
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Prepare sales offers and contracts, and support clients in the decision-making process
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to market expansion
• Cooperate closely with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and proper system design
• Gather market intelligence and support business strategy
• Represent MIKO ENERGY at trade fairs, local meetings, and industry events
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in B2B or B2C technical sales (preferably in renewable energy, HVAC, or electrical industry)
• Good understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and/or heat pumps
• Fluent Polish and communicative English
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Driving license (Category B)
• Familiarity with the Polish energy market and subsidy programs is an advantage
