🔧 Another machine restored back to peak performance after our service!

Our team carried out a full-service maintenance on the OR Laser laser welder. During the service, we replaced all worn-out or damaged components, with every step meticulously documented in a service report - giving our client full visibility and confidence in the machine’s condition 📄

We’ve been a bit quiet lately, but for a good reason 👀

March has been an especially intensive month for our team, with a strong focus on the production of laser welding systems. Despite the high pace, we are working hard to maintain everything to the highest standard.

As an authorized OR Laser service provider, our team has completed numerous service, maintenance, and repair projects. We are fully trained and experienced in OR Laser welding systems, delivering repairs and servicing across Europe and beyond 🗺

Today, we are presenting one of our latest projects. The scope of work included thorough inspection and cleaning of optical components, replacement of worn parts and filters, as well as maintenance of the power supply and cooling system. Every step of the process was documented in a detailed service report to ensure full transparency.

As part of our service, we measure the optical power, clean and inspect all optical components, and replace worn parts when necessary to restore the laser’s full performance.
