Bike Manufactor is most of all a team of specialists and a place in which we create highest class bicycles and frames.The production process begins with the processing of raw materials, cutting of pipes, milling and turning of CNC details. The welding process is performed in professionally manufactured instruments with the accuracy of 0.01mm designed by our team of engineers. The frame after being painted in our own unique technologie, or anodizing, goes to the assembly plant equipped with professional tools. As a material for the frame we primarily use aluminum alloy 7020 but it is also possible to use steel or other types of materials in accordance with customer expectations. We have a full machine park, technology and a team of highly qualified specialists. Frames and bicycles produced in BIKE Manufactor meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
