Do you know what the NPS (the Net Promoter Score) is?

It is the world standard "Key Performance Indicator" for determining overall customer satisfaction!

WindMar Home has an 88 NPS which is crazy high. This means out of their 40,000 customers in PUERTO RICO, 88% would recommend WindMar to their family and friends.

It starts with one simple survey question. I am sure you have been asked it a thousand times and don't even notice anymore:

"On a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to recommend this company (or product) to your family and friends?
(1=Strongly Disagree, 10=Strongly Agree)"

If you have more 9s & 10s than 1s to 6s, than you have a positive NPS. Any positive NPS is good.
