Professional Profile

Hector del Busto, born in Arecibo Puerto Rico, lived in Massachusetts during his
college years where he earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. After
graduation he became a project engineer, working for Bir Ram Contractors at
Pfizer Barceloneta. Hector ran the day to day operations for the company and
some of the tasks for him to perform were: staff meetings, schedulin

g, work
distribution, quality control, quoting, coordination with subcontractors, and
coordination with plant staff among other things. In 2004, Hector decided to start his own business and with the experience and
knowledge acquired from the years prior he became the president of
Constructora SK. He has developed a company capable of performing at the
highest level of professionalism and quality. This quality and professionalism has been recognized by corporations around the island like; Banco Popular "De Show" , Home Depot and Fannie Mae. It is thanks to these corporations that Constructora SK has been able to reach new heights and reach more people all over the island to allow families and new homeowners, to enjoy the latest bathrooms, kitchens and other facilities at very affordable and competitive prices. Constructora SK also prides itself in providing jobs to not only its employees, but also to contracting companies that have just recently entered the industry and are beginning to make a name for themselves. We believe that wealth is something to be shared and with more and more projects coming in at a day to day basis, it is always a good thing to allow other contractors to gain the recognition they deserve if they are willing to put in the same amount of hard work and quality as we do. Hector has made sure his company and employees have the proper training and documentation to comply with all the
