Twenty one years ago, a small team in Puerto Rico took on regulated engineering work for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device plants, with no offices to show and no history to lean on.

Twenty one years of experience later, that same standard operates across three regions, and the person who was there on day one is still the one setting it.

Some anniversaries are a number on a banner. This one is a working method that survived two decades of clients, audits, and expansion.

Twenty-one years ago, a group of engineers in Puerto Rico began taking on projects that defied expectations.

The focus back then was on learning, executing, and ensuring each project was done right.

None of this was achieved alone. Some of the people who carried out those first projects are no longer with the company, but many others are now training new team members, whether in Puerto Rico, the United States, or Spain.

At that time, no one was talking about the future; there was a present to build.
