We’re looking for an experienced Foreman to help supervise field construction activities, support quality control and safety measures, and lead DDD Group crews on civil construction and repair projects.

This role is a strong fit for someone with solid field experience, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to keep crews, materials, equipment, and schedules moving safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates should have:
Minimum 5 years of on-site civil construction experience
Experience with multi-discipline civil projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
Technical training preferred

DDD Group is looking for a skilled VDC Technician to support our design and construction project teams through BIM modeling, 3D coordination, clash detection, and VDC implementation across the project life cycle.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical BIM/VDC experience, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with design teams, field personnel, MEP trade partners, and project leadership.

Ideal candidates should have:
3–5 years of related experience
Minimum 3 years of construction site experience
Experience with BIM/VDC implementation
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Solibri
Experience with Lumion and Adobe Suite preferred
Ability to create 3D models from 2D documents
Strong coordination, presentation, and communication skills
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or technical degree/relevant experience
