We are sharing the before & after of this project:
✅ Removal of the existing urethane coating
✅ Complete roof power washing
✅ Identification of the ponding areas and construction of drainage channels
✅ Additional vented drain pipes
✅ Skylight repairs
✅ Application of primer on critical areas, full primer coat, and final sealant
✅ All electrical tubing over Unistrut Canals for better water flow and to prevent accumulation of dirt and Sahara dust
✅ New Junction Box with color-coded wiring and clearly labeled electrical panel
