Building Preservation Material Technologies (BPMT) is a technical service provider geared towards the repair and retrofit of structures both in Puerto Rico and internationally. Since its founding our firm has dedicated itself to finding solutions geared to reduce the lifecycle costs for the client while maintaining and improving the structural integrity of the buildings and structures we tend to.

The scope of our experience extends over a wide range of issues such as moisture control in existing buildings, waterproofing and repair waterproofing, injection grouting of cementitious as well as polymer rubber materials, coating application for densification and moisture control, structural injection via epoxy resins to structural elements, façade repairs, slab jacking, as well as structural retrofits via the use of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers.
