Numin’s algorithms are driven by data. At the heart of our algorithms is data. Our unique, weighted combination of human and computer aided decision making relies on data we test daily to create new approaches. We evaluate new data streams including weather, sentiment, and geopolitical data weekly. We’re also always on the lookout for new data sets. Feel free to contact us if you have access to proprietary data sets that would be useful to trading public markets. Numin was founded by a team of ex-Google engineers. The team has backgrounds in statistics and finance. Our general partner, Verdi Ergun, is founder of Punch, one of the top engineering and design firms in San Francisco, California. It’s our unique approach to problem solving and breadth of problems we’ve overcome that gives us the unique experience to solve difficult problems. Investing with Numin is simpler then you think. Our team understands the needs of institutions and creates flexible, customized solutions to meet them. We aim to generate uncorrelated alpha returns consistently across a range of market conditions for our investors.
