تأسست شركة مصنع السايح في بيت لحم في عام 1992 على مساحة لا تزيد عن 30 مترا مربعا. بدأ المصنع عملياته في صناعة الصلب لتشكيل عدة أنواع من الصناعات مثل صناعة الأبواب، حمايات الشبابيك والأثاث المعدني للمنازل والمؤسسات. وقد وزعت منتجاتها على نطاق واسع محليا وفي جميع أنحاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط .
في عام 2002، وذلك استجابة للطلب المتزايد على منتجاتها قامت شركة مصنع السايح بتكبير مصنعها على مساحة حوالي 500 متر مربع. في عام 2010، في استجابة لزيادة الطلب على منتجاتها وخطوط الأعمال الجديدة التي أدخلت عليه نقلوا المصنع إلى منطقة حول 1000 متر مربع ، يتمتع مصنع السايح بحرفيين وحدادين ذو درجة عالية من الكفاءة وموظفي إدارة تدير المصنع. اليوم، وبعد تحسن واسع النطاق للمصنع، التي اصبحت تنتج أبواب المولتي لوك بكافة أشكالها وأنواعها، مكن رياضية للنوادي، أسرة حديد باستخدام أحدث التصاميم والمواد ،حاليا مصنع السايح أدخل خط جديد من الأعمال الذي هو متخصص في قباب الكنائس والمساجد .
