A histórica Manutenção Militar continua a renascer no Beato Inovation Distrikt, enquanto local de encontro, partilha de ideias e construção de conhecimento.
Neste espaço, onde a história atravessa três séculos — primeiro como casa do Clero e, mais tarde, das Forças Armadas Portuguesas —, prosseguem os trabalhos de reforço estrutural, com a execução de reboco armado nas paredes e a instalação de vigas metálicas de contenção, destinadas ao reforço e escoramento da laje.
Na fachada, o relógio centenário está também a ser restaurado, recuperando um dos elementos que, há décadas, marcam o ritmo deste lugar.

The historic Military Maintenance facility continues to be reborn at the Beato Innovation District as a place for people to meet, share ideas, and build knowledge.
In this space, where history spans three centuries - first as a residence for the clergy and later for the Portuguese Armed Forces - structural reinforcement work continues, with the application of reinforced plaster to the walls and the installation of metal support beams designed to reinforce and shore up the slab.
On the façade, the century-old clock is also being restored, reviving one of the elements that has marked the rhythm of this place for decades.
