A obra do Co-Living Beato, em Lisboa, é uma profunda viagem no tempo, onde o passado e o futuro se encontram no processo de reabilitação.
Neste momento, a Arlo – Delegação Sul avança com a segunda fase de demolições, uma intervenção cuidadosamente conduzida para preservar elementos ornamentais de elevado valor histórico e arquitetónico, como capitéis decorativos, molduras de teto, paredes em tabique, rodapés, escadas e vãos interiores em madeira, cantarias dos vãos exteriores, frisos dos alçados, gradeamentos trabalhados de varandas e janelas, bem como o relógio no núcleo central.
Paralelamente, decorrem os trabalhos de reforço estrutural das paredes existentes, através da aplicação de sistemas de reboco armado, garantindo a sua estabilidade e durabilidade, sem comprometer a identidade do edifício.

Arlo – Southern Delegation is currently moving forward with the second phase of demolition, a carefully executed intervention to preserve ornamental elements of high historical and architectural value, such as decorative capitals, ceiling moldings, partition walls, baseboards, staircases, and interior wooden openings, stonework on exterior openings, facade friezes, ornate railings on balconies and windows, as well as the clock in the central core.
At the same time, structural reinforcement work is underway on the existing walls through the application of reinforced plaster systems, ensuring their stability and durability without compromising the building’s identity.
