Yesterday evening, we were honoured to welcome the Minister of Economy and Territorial Cohesion, to the Aralab headquarters.

The visit was part of an initiative with IAPMEI aimed at bringing policymakers closer to the companies driving industrial development on the ground.

We were proud to showcase how our climatic, stability and test chambers are designed and manufactured here in Portugal, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, materials science and research laboratories around the world.

It was also an opportunity to reflect on Aralab’s growth in 2026 and, more importantly, to look ahead. We shared perspectives on how industry and government can work together to strengthen Portuguese manufacturing, foster innovation and bring Aralab’s technology to even more companies and researchers worldwide.

Our sincere thanks to the Minister, the Secretary of State and IAPMEI for their time and for such an open and constructive exchange.

Being part of this initiative is a meaningful recognition of the dedication and expertise of the entire Aralab team, and of what Portuguese industry can achieve on the global stage.

From 30 L to full-vehicle scale, TESTA chambers cover thermal shock, combined climate and vibration with any shaker, and battery and ESS testing for the energy systems on board. They are suitable for temperature, humidity and thermal shock tests according to MIL-STD-810H, NATO AECTP and UK DEF STAN 00-35.

With ClimaPlus Web, the climatic chambers run from any browser on the network, keep a full audit trail of every user action, and talk to shaker controllers and lab systems over Modbus TCP.

We’re at Li-ion Battery Europe 2026, Booth O8, in Barcelona (2-3 November) as an Exhibitor.

Since August 2024, the EU Battery Regulation has required declared electrochemical performance and durability values for electric vehicle, light means of transport and industrial batteries above 2 kWh. Many of those values are measured inside a climatic chamber.

That’s what we’re bringing to Barcelona: the TESTA BT, our climatic test chambers for cells, modules and packs, with a safety package configured to the EUCAR hazard level of each test.
