On June 2 and 3, the University of Coimbra will host a meeting of the CHEERS4EU project.
The CHEERS4EU project aims to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy across several European regions by focusing on the development and strengthening of Circular Hubs. Through the exchange of best practices and collaborative approaches related to Circular Hubs, the project seeks to reinforce all EU regions in the field of Circular Economy.
The meeting will bring together partners from Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Finland, and the Netherlands.
On June 2, the meeting will take place at the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Coimbra, while the sessions on June 3 will be held at the Student Hub.
The project involves nine professors and researchers from the University of Coimbra, representing several faculties and departments, including FCTUC (DEQ, DEC, DEM, and DCV), FEUC, and FDUC. Four research centres are also participating in the project: CERES, CEMMPRE, CeBER, and the Instituto Jurídico.
