Quinta Fenix Quinta Fenix is a lovely house with 2 rental accommodation, run similar to "home stay". Set in a tranquil village called Tola .Central Portugal.

The friendly owner is on site willing to give advice on local amenities, etc. Off road parking available, 3 cars. The rentals come fully furnished - double & twin rooms, walk in shower, coffee / tea making facilities. All towels and bedding included. Central heating for your comfort in the winter
Continental breakfast served in the main house. For a small charge one can savour the owners Asian /

Western cuisine for your evening meal - this can be arranged between owner and client on the day. RENTAL CHARGERS per week ( 5 euros per extra single bed, per night - by prior arrangement )

Long winter lets on monthly rates at 300 euros per month. 25 % non refundable deposit required. Booking;

Check in: anytime after 3 PM
Check out: 12 noon

Full payment in cash, on day of arrival - euros only, please.

Sorry guys due to ill health i have put quinta fenix on the market will soon be returning to the uk for good its sad but got to be pratical
