𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆.

𝗠á𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗼 has been part of AMF for 3 years. She recently embraced a new challenge in her professional journey by joining the 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 area. Márcia shared with us, “This new role has given me the opportunity to grow and acquire new knowledge, both professionally and personally.”

Outside work, she is deeply committed to social causes and to supporting her community. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, turning her desire to help others into an active contribution to society. 🚒

This calling began early in her life. At the age of 7, Márcia joined the Scouts, an experience that remained part of her journey until she was 21 and helped shape the way she connects with people and approaches life.

It was during those years that she discovered a phrase that became one of her guiding principles:

“𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁.”

This principle reflects the way she faces new challenges, supports those around her and continues to look for meaningful ways to make a difference.

Yesterday, we attended 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀𝟰𝗔𝗹𝗹: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, a conference promoted by 𝗖𝗧𝗖𝗣, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗦.

The event presented the final outcomes of 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀𝟰𝗔𝗹𝗹, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆. Funded by 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹’𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗘𝗨, the project brought together companies, research centres and industry partners to advance more innovative, sustainable and competitive solutions.

𝗔𝗠𝗙 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗶𝗱𝗮 represented the company at the BioShoes4All conference. Their participation highlighted 𝗔𝗠𝗙’𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 and its ongoing commitment to innovation and to the development of the Portuguese footwear sector.

The conference offered an opportunity to explore the progress achieved and the 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿.
