Empowering leaders across the globe 🌍 – that's what our new «Leadership Stack Core» is all about.
🚀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝗻𝗼𝘃𝘂𝗺
Over the past seven months, 16 team leads across Switzerland, Portugal and Vietnam completed the pilot of our new leadership development program «Leadership Stack Core». The program is designed to align leadership understanding and help navigate people in a fast-moving tech environment.

Participants valued the mix of virtual learning, self-learning, and on-site modules, the open conversations and the practical tools they could apply right away.

On «Release Day», participants showed clear growth in leadership maturity, coaching confidence, and role agility. Their strong feedback and high recommendations confirm we’re investing in the right skills and mindsets for our leaders.
The energy and momentum the pilot program created will continue to be carried forward.
