ATENÇÃO AO NEGOCIAR COM ESTA EMPRESA ESKA-Welt GmbH
Faço esta publicação para alertar a futuros compradores que queiram negociar com esta “empresa” ESKA-Welt GmbH, que podem não receber aquilo que compraram, como aconteceu comigo.
Passo explicar, fiz negócio em 14-10-2024, com um dos “CEO” da empresa sr. Yavuz Karabulut, comprei 2 robots KUKA, controlador, cabos e teachpendent, com o transporte dos equipamentos incluídos para Portugal que deveria demorar 10 dias.
Assim que enviaram a fatura, paguei e passado 1 mês ainda não tinha recebido nada e deixaram de me responder a email, telefone, quando se ligava para “empresa” ESKA-Welt GmbH, os colaboradores não sabiam de nada.
Ao fim de mais algum tempo consegui falar com o outro “CEO” sr. Oguzhan Karabulut, que não sabendo de nada me iria resolver o problema.
Passado 2 meses ainda estava tudo na mesma, diziam que estavam a tratar do transporte, resolvi por minha conta organizar o transporte para Portugal, e aí já obtive resposta da empresa.
Seriam 4 volumes e qual o meu espanto ao receber a carga que falta 1 controlador KRC4 e o outro que veio não trazia parte das peças.
Voltei a contactar “empresa” ESKA-Welt” GmbH, o sr. Yavuz Karabulut e o sr. Oguzhan Karabulut e até ao dia de hoje não tive nenhuma resposta.
Não é a atitude correta de negócio, é mais uma vigarice.

ATTENTION WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY ESKA-Welt GmbH
I am making this publication to alert future buyers who want to do business with this “company” ESKA-Welt GmbH, that they may not receive what they purchased, as happened to me.
I explain, I did business on 10/14/2024, with one of the company's “CEO”, Mr. Yavuz Karabulut, I bought 2 KUKA robots, controller, cables and teach pendent, with the transportation of the equipment included to Portugal which should take 10 days.
As soon as they sent the invoice, I paid it and after 1 month I still hadn't received anything and they stopped answering my emails, phone calls, when I called the “company” ESKA-Welt GmbH, the employees didn't know anything.
After some more time I managed to speak to the other “CEO” Mr. Oguzhan Karabulut, who without knowing anything would solve my problem.
After 2 months everything was still the same, they said they were taking care of the transport, I decided to organize the transport to Portugal on my own, and then I got a response from the company.
There would be 4 volumes and what was my surprise when I received the shipment that 1 KRC4 controller was missing and the other one that came did not have some of the parts.
I contacted “company” ESKA-Welt” GmbH again, Mr. Yavuz Karabulut and Mr. Oguzhan Karabulut and I have not had any response.
It's not the right business attitude, it's more a scam.
