The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss project management, quality assurance and dissemination activities, as well as the development of the project's innovative learning resources and digital platform.

🗓️🎓 1987: the first Erasmus students pack their bags. 2026: choosing where to study abroad should be just as simple as packing them.

Every Erasmus+ mobility rests on three pillars: the course catalogue, the inter-institutional agreement and the learning agreement. Yet for decades, students and staff have struggled to find up-to-date, comparable course information at host universities, which makes every one of those steps harder than it needs to be.

DACEM — Digitising Academic Catalogues for Enhanced Mobility — is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership that tackles this at the root. It delivers an open-source course catalogue solution, installable on a university's own servers or used as a cloud service, with APIs that plug straight into Erasmus Without Paper and the Online Learning Agreement.

The goal: reliable, accessible and machine-readable academic information for incoming students, less repetitive work for university staff, and new doors opened for universities in third countries. 🌍

🤝🍽️ Who should design a training programme for the food industry? Everyone who will use it.

That's the idea behind FLAVEaT (Food Law At Vocational Education and Training), an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET project working with partners in Jordan and Palestine. Teachers, trainers, VET learners and employers from the private sector all feed their input directly into curriculum design and training reform, so the new Continuing VET programmes answer real workplace needs.

The result: up-to-date food law, food safety culture and emerging topics like AI and 3D food printing, taught in ways that boost skills, digital readiness and employability across the food sector. 🌍🔬

🔎 How vulnerable is a farm, a forest or a herd to a changing climate? Future agricultural scientists learn to answer that with data, not guesswork!

The Erasmus+ SA2CC project (Sustainable Agriculture, Forestry and small-scale Livestock production towards Climate Change) is helping universities in Mongolia and Russia first map the strengths and gaps in their existing courses, then rebuild them around real case studies, vulnerability and risk assessments, and practical adaptation strategies. Research-based resource packs and training workshops give faculty the tools to bring this into every classroom, while young researchers get hands-on experience studying climate change in the Baikal region.

A partnership of universities, NGOs and cooperatives from Romania, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Mongolia and Russia, supported by Virtual Campus. 🌾🌍
