🧪 What does it actually look like to train CVET trainers in ethical AI? With INclusive TrAIners, we're building the tools to show you.

Over 40% of CVET trainers across Europe report low confidence in using digital tools and AI for vocational training (Cedefop). INclusive TrAIners — an Erasmus+ partnership spanning Portugal, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Sweden — is tackling this gap with three open, practical resources:

📚 An Open Training Platform for CVET educators to build ethical AI competencies at their own pace
🔬 A Virtual Lab on Ethics and Diversity in AI — interactive scenarios and challenges grounded in real-world CVET contexts
🗂️ A Digital AI Resources Bank to keep trainers current as the field evolves

Together, these tools will help trainers move from uncertainty to confidence — and from confidence to impact for the workers and learners they serve.

🗳️ Democracy isn't built in parliaments alone — it starts in classrooms, in peer conversations, in the courage to name injustice and act.

EUqualYOUNGSTERS (EUY) is an Erasmus+ project creating exactly that kind of civic infrastructure. Ten educators across Spain, Greece, Romania and Turkey are first trained in participatory methodologies. They then coach 100 youth ambassadors (aged 13–18), who lead peer-to-peer sessions reaching 500+ more students — building a growing network of young Europeans ready to stand up for LGBTQ+ rights, gender equality, racial inclusion and disability rights.

At its core: an open-access virtual platform ensuring EUY's tools remain available to any school in Europe long after the project ends. The change doesn't stop — it multiplies. 🇪🇺

This Erasmus+ CBVET project doesn't just teach sustainable olive by-product valorisation — it's built to open the circular economy door for women and youth in Tunisia and Palestine.

Through free MOOCs at EQF Levels 4 & 5, an open e-learning platform and hands-on training labs, SUST-OLIVET equips the next generation of Mediterranean VET graduates with the green skills to turn pomace, pruning waste and olive mill wastewater into real economic value. 🫒♻️

Em breve, o 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐨𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐨, desenvolvido a partir das expert talks e dos resultados dos questionários realizados em todas as escolas parceiras, estará disponível no website do projeto. 📚✨

📊👩‍🍳 Bridging the gender gap in Kosovo's food sector — one training at a time.

K-FLEX is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building VET project with inclusion built into its DNA. A target of 50% women participants in MOOC piloting, over 20% spots for young people not yet in the labour market, and priority access for less experienced trainees — K-FLEX is opening real career pathways in Kosovo's food industry for those who need them most.

Through three EU-accredited online courses (EQF levels 4 & 5), two hands-on training labs, and an industry-designed curriculum, K-FLEX is proving that food safety, regulatory knowledge, and equal opportunity can go hand in hand. 🇽🇰🇪🇺

RELIABLE (Revolutionizing Education and Learning through Intelligent AI-Based Learning Enhancement) is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project focused on making quality education truly accessible. Through AI-powered assistants and adaptive digital platforms, RELIABLE reaches students in remote and disadvantaged regions — giving them the same interactive, personalised learning support available anywhere else.

Beyond access, the project builds the skills students need in today's world: critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital fluency — all reinforced through AI systems that adapt to how each individual learns.

💬 For many young adults who survive a stroke, the hardest part isn't just the physical recovery — it's finding the words.

Aphasia, a communication disorder that often follows stroke, can affect a person's ability to speak, read, write, and understand — making the return to work, parenting, and everyday social life even more challenging.

The Erasmus+ project ARYAS (Accessible Resources for Young Adults with Stroke) is addressing this head-on. By bringing together stroke survivors, caregivers, and health professionals in co-design groups across Hungary, Denmark, Spain, and Cyprus, ARYAS is building a website, app, videos, podcasts, and leaflets specifically designed to be accessible to young people with aphasia — not just for them, but with them.

Because real inclusion means designing resources that everyone can actually use.

PhilosophyGyms — our Erasmus+ project — is bringing together universities, training organisations, and chambers of commerce from Germany, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, and Bulgaria to build real tools for SMEs.

Together, we're creating a Competence Map of philosophical practices, a hands-on Workbook of Materials & Exercises, and an online training course for coaches who want to run PhilosophyGyms inside their organisations.

🎮 What if training for a real crisis felt like stepping into one — without the risk?

That's the idea behind CO-DEAL, our Erasmus+ project. Through interactive virtual simulations, municipal staff can practice making real-time decisions in scenarios tailored to their own community — whether a dense city centre, a small town, or a rural area. After piloting and evaluation, the best practices that emerge are gathered and shared openly across Europe, so no municipality has to start from zero.
