The Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project RELIABLE (Revolutionizing Education and Learning through Intelligent AI-Based Learning Enhancement) brings together universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Montenegro. The consortium is piloting adaptive learning platforms in real classrooms, targeting a 20% improvement in student performance over baseline — while giving students hands-on experience with the same AI technologies reshaping their future workplaces.

🌍 Stroke doesn't only affect the person who has it — it reshapes families, workplaces, and communities, yet public understanding of stroke in young adults remains limited, and policy rarely reflects their specific needs.

The Erasmus+ project ARYAS (Accessible Resources for Young Adults with Stroke) is working to change that by bringing evidence-based, age-specific resources to policymakers and the wider public, not just clinicians and survivors. Coordinated by the Cyprus University of Technology alongside partners in Spain, Hungary, Portugal, and Denmark, ARYAS aims to influence how health systems across Europe recognise and support stroke survivors aged 18–50, while helping reduce the stigma young survivors often face.

Our Erasmus+ project PhilosophyGyms starts from a simple but uncomfortable premise: SMEs facing today's metacrisis — climate change, inequality, resource scarcity — can't solve it with new tools and policies alone. PhilosophyGyms builds the missing inner layer: structured spaces where SME leaders and staff practice ethics, systems thinking, and comfort with uncertainty — the same way they would train any other business skill.

🇪🇺 Back in 2018, the European Commission set out a bold vision: AI's benefits should reach every business, not just the tech giants — starting with Europe's SMEs.

Our Erasmus+ project A(m)I fit? is turning that vision into something usable: a demand-oriented AI Literacy Skills Set, built specifically for employees without a technical or ICT background. It's not just about knowing what AI can do — it's about weaving in fairness, accountability, transparency and ethics from the start, so AI adoption in small businesses is responsible as well as productive.

Because AI literacy for SMEs shouldn't be an afterthought — it should be designed in from day one.

🏁🎓 After 31 months of work, DACEM's Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership is wrapping up this summer — and it built something European higher education has needed for years.

DACEM (Digitising Academic Catalogues for Enhanced Mobility) developed its open-source course catalogue platform the way modern software should be built: agile sprints, real testers, and feedback loops with the people who'd actually use it. And crucially, the consortium didn't just include universities — Erasmus Student Network AISBL sat at the table too, keeping the student perspective embedded in every design decision, not bolted on at the end.

The result is a tool grounded in the ECTS Users' Guide, interoperable with Erasmus Without Paper and the Online Learning Agreement, built by 9 institutions across 8 countries — with Virtual Campus leading the technical development.

🎓🔬 Fresh out of technical university or college and heading into the food sector? FLAVEaT is building the bridge you need.

This Erasmus+ Capacity Building project doesn't just target established professionals — it's designed for newcomers too: lab analysts, food scientists and engineers just starting out in Jordan and Palestine, a sector that together makes up nearly 15% of the region's economy. Alongside food law and safety know-how, the new CVET programmes weave in basic language training and digital transformation skills, so graduates step into the workplace ready for it. And the exchange runs both ways: EU partner organisations gain as much fresh expertise as they share. 🌍💡

🌍 It takes a village — or in 3F-COOP's case, seven organisations across four countries. Behind this Erasmus+ Capacity Building project stands a consortium spanning Portugal, Slovenia, Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina: a footwear technology centre, a university, a VET school, a chamber of commerce, a private manufacturer and more, all pooling expertise to modernise footwear training.

This kind of partnership is what makes 3F-COOP (Footwear Fast Forward Cooperation) work: research institutes, educators, industry and public bodies at the same table, building training grounded in real classrooms and real workshop floors — not just theory. Together, they are equipping Bosnia's footwear sector with the digital and green skills it needs for the years ahead.

📋🫒 A great course means nothing if nobody trusts its quality.

That's why SUST-OLIVET, an Erasmus+ Capacity Building VET project, is building more than curriculum — it's embedding quality assurance mechanisms directly into how partner institutions design and deliver training on olive by-product valorisation. Alongside new online courses and hands-on training labs for VET educators, the project is targeting a quality score above 3.5/5 for its e-learning platform and MOOCs, so trainees in Tunisia and Palestine graduate with skills industry can actually rely on. 🌱

Because sustainable practices only spread as far as the training behind them is trusted.
