Small repair job to retaining planter wall. First, the invasive trees were cut out, then repairs to the render and cracks, finished off with weep holes every 3 m.

It was a delightful experience to repaint this well-constructed house. The previous skilled painting crew made it pleasurable to repaint. When it is evident that repainting a house previously done as a DIY project, it can be quite labor-intensive due to improper techniques being utilized, as a skilled tradesman on the quotation walk around, it is immediately noticeable and reflects in the valuation provided.

Extract and replace all patios and slab due to sinkage.

After 7 skips of removing of old we have ensured that this project doesn’t sink anymore by creating a floating slab by suspending 8mm steel from the house to reinforced footings.

The hard work is now starting to show 🎉

This Villa which is located near the Marina in Albufeira has just had the following work done-

Pressure wash garden walls and villa walls, pressure was the roof tiles and all floors then cleaned so no mess is visible (we clean the floors daily).

Fine render applied to areas where old paint has lost its adherence. Fine cracks were filled with painters flexible caulk.

One coat of Barbot Primer applied to all the walls - This prevents mould/fungus from re appearing/growing, also the Primer is to safeguard the top coats giving a longer life span of the Finish.

Two top coats of Barbot Paint has then been applied and the two coats on the window and door borders as well as under the eves/tiles.

A small wall above the pool house has also been rendered..

Notice the cutting in finish and uniform finish on the walls after repair to create a perfect surface.

The client commented on excellence of Price relation to Quality, time frame of completion which was 3 weeks, 2 to 3 men on the job.
Also commented on friendliness, punctuality, preparation, cleanliness and meticulous methods of steps of application and finally perfection of cutting in.

Next job is to repaint inside all the Villa .

Absolute pleasure working on this small extension pantry, this client required additional food storage.

The traditional Portuguese style roof with extra insulation layers plus all dry lined internally.

Small area to the side for a pizza oven to be built from fire resistance bricks and cob, which we will be building soon..

I can smell the pizza already 👌

Just finished this little lean-to, reuseing discarded structure beams. Giving shade to to a former unusable area.
