When technology needs to respond to urgency, time is no longer a luxury.

Following a severe weather event that affected the region of Leiria, in central Portugal, the Município de Leiria acted swiftly to create the “Gabinete Reerguer Leiria” — a dedicated public service space designed to support citizens, organizations, and local businesses, during the recovery process.
This initiative reflects the Municipality’s strong commitment to standing by its community, coordinating resources, and ensuring that essential services remain accessible, organized and efficient at a critical moment.

To support this effort, the NEWVISION team was asked to deliver a complete Queue Management solution — including queuing kiosks and TV displays — with one clear requirement: it had to be operational immediately.
Thanks to the commitment, flexibility, and expertise of an exceptional team, the solution was installed, configured, and staff were trained in record time — ensuring an organized, efficient, and people-focused service from the moment the doors opened.

This is where technology truly proves its value: when it supports public institutions, strengthens community response, and helps people when it matters most.
