Supporting Qatar’s future talent through workplace learning!
Qatar Cool was pleased to welcome a team of students for a three-day workplace experience as part of My Career – My Future 2026, organised by the Qatar Career Development Centre, founded by Qatar Foundation.
The students explored how district cooling works through a series of sessions with various departments, a plant tour, and interactive sessions on customer service.
They also learned how efficient cooling systems can help reduce energy use and environmental impact.
The experience showed how technical operations, service reliability and customer commitment work together to serve the community.
By opening our workplace and sharing the experience of our people, we hope to help young people better understand different career opportunities and make informed choices about their academic and professional futures.
Partnering with such initiatives reflects Qatar Cool’s commitment to education, community development and supporting the growth of a skilled, future-ready workforce in Qatar.
