نظام شبكة السلامة safety net هو نظام للحماية من السقوط حيث يتم تثبيت الشبكة أسفل السطح الذي يعمل به العاملين في المكان.

• يجب تركيب شبكة السلامة أسفل سطح العمل أو المنصة بحيث تكون قريبة منهما ولا تزيد المسافة بين الشبكة وسطح العمل أو المنصة عن 30 قدم ( 9.1 م ).

•غير مسموح على الإطلاق استخدام شبكة سلامة تكون معيبة أو غير صالحة للعمل.

•يتم فحص شبكة السلامة على الأقل مرة كل أسبوع للتأكد من صلاحيتها وعدم وجود أية تلفيات بها.👌🏻

• أقصى فتحة مسموح بها في شبكة السلامة هي 36 بوصة مربعة ( 230سم2) بحيث لا يزيد طولها عن 6 بوصة ( 15سم).

• يتم تقوية الفتحات حتى لا تتسع لأي سبب من الأسباب.

• يجب أن تتحمل حبال ربط الشبكة قوة لا تقل عن 5000 رطل.

• يجب الأخذ بالاعتبار المسافة أسفل الشبكة بحيث لا يتعرض أي شخص يسقط على الشبكة للاصطدام بالأرض أو بأية معدات أو تركيبات أسفل منصة العمل.

• يجب أن تمتد الشبكة من كل جانب من جوانب سطح العمل أو المنصة .

• يجب أن تتحمل شبكة السلامة قوة صدمة ناتجة من إسقاط عبوة من الرمل وزنها 400 رطل (180 كجم) وقطر العبوة 30 بوصة ( 76سم ) وذلك من سطح العمل أو المنصة ولكن ليس بأقل من ارتفاع 42 بوصة ( 1.1م ) .
