Open Positions:
*1. Project Manager*
*(Experience in Projects Financed by the Banks)*
Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering from a recognized University.
• Certificate course in Financial Management.
• Project Management Certification PMP, PRINCE Certificate.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.
• Knowledgeable of managing Projects that are primarily Bank Financed.
• Familiar with the internal processes within Banks.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with 5 year experience preferably in similar role.
• Managed multiple construction and fit-out projects for banks, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Supervised contractors, consultants, and site activities, monitored project progress, reviewed quality, certified progress payments, and ensured successful project handover.
• Prepared project plans, cost estimates, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports, while identifying and mitigating project risks to support successful ex*****on.
• Coordinated with banks, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, compliance with project procedures, and timely project reporting.
• Conducted contractor and consultant evaluations, reviewed project variations, monitored costs and schedules, and recommended process improvements to enhance project performance and operational efficiency.
*2. Quantity Surveyor*
*(Experience in Projects Financed by the Banks)*
Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying from a recognized University.
• Certificate course in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field, including projects financed by the Banks.
• Managed the complete tendering and contract process for bank projects, including preparation of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Prepared cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets, while coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and banks to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Handled procurement activities, including preparing subcontractor and material enquiries, evaluating quotations, and conducting commercial and price analysis.
• Monitored project costs, valuations, variations, cash flow, and final accounts, ensuring budget compliance, accurate payment certifications, and commercial reporting.
• Coordinated with banks and internal departments (Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders), provided technical and commercial support, managed vendor/client queries, and identified commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
*3. Planning Engineer*
*(Experience in Projects Financed by the Banks)*
Requirements:
• Developed and maintained master project schedules for banking projects using Primavera, MS Project, and Excel, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and timely project delivery.
• Monitored project progress, reviewed contractor schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, and planned vs. actual performance, identifying delays, risks, and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepared project reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans, providing regular updates to management and bank stakeholders on project performance.
• Coordinated with project managers, contractors, consultants, and bank representatives to ensure effective communication, schedule integration, and compliance with project requirements.
• Analyzed project performance, monitored budgets, quality, and resources, while recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and on-time project completion.
