Together for Our Health 💙 | QICC Wellness Day 2026

On February 12, 2026, our QICC family from blue collar to white collar came together with one powerful purpose: prioritizing our health and supporting one another.

At QICC Nexans, wellbeing isn’t just a program it’s a commitment.

During our Wellness Day, colleagues stepped away from their daily routines to complete their Annual Health Check-Up, including:

🩺 Blood Sugar Screening
💓 Blood Pressure Check
⚖️ BMI Assessment
👨‍⚕️ One-on-One Doctor Consultations

And because caring doesn’t stop in one day, every participant received FREE vouchers for dental, vision, and dermatology consultations empowering everyone to continue their health journey beyond the event.

This impactful initiative was made possible through the strong local partnership and support of Beema Medical Insurance and Reyada Medical Center.

Seeing our teams participate enthusiastically, encourage one another, and take proactive steps toward better health truly reflects who we are dedicated, united, and stronger together.

Last January 29, colleagues and their families came together at QICC to celebrate our Cultural Day an afternoon filled with connection, appreciation, and shared experiences beyond the workplace.

The event was a wonderful reflection of who we are at Nexans. From the vibrant cultural parade and talent showcase to the recognition of our long-serving employees and the warm interactions at the food and cultural booths, the day highlighted the diversity and unity within our community. The presence of our employees’ families made the celebration even more meaningful, reinforcing the strong sense of belonging that defines our organization.

We were delighted to host students and officials from @hecparismba Trek 2025 at QICC Nexans recently. This visit offered a deep dive into the GCC’s dynamic business landscape and our vibrant, diverse team culture in QICC Nexans.

The day kicked off with a safety induction, followed by an exclusive session with our CEO, Younesse. He presented our E3 model deployment, shared valuable insights into the Nexans journey and the strategic role of QICC, engaging the students in a thought-provoking Q&A. This was followed by HR key contributions and career opportunities in Nexans Lavanya Nair.
