๐ง Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Specialist to join our team at Express Fix. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil maintenance works.
This role is critical in supporting our operations and ensuring competitive, accurate pricing for both maintenance services and project-based works.

๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities:
โข Prepare cost estimates and quotations for MEP and civil works (maintenance & projects)
โข Analyze drawings, BOQs, and site requirements
โข Conduct site visits when required for accurate estimation
โข Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
โข Coordinate with operations team, technicians, and suppliers
โข Maintain and update pricing database and cost benchmarks
โข Ensure quotations are submitted on time with proper documentation
โข Review project scope and identify potential cost risks

๐ Requirements:
โข Minimum 2โ4 years experience in MEP/Civil estimation (Qatar/GCC preferred)
โข Strong knowledge of maintenance works, fit-out, and repair services
โข Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
โข Experience in pricing for services like:
โข AC works (installation, maintenance)
โข Electrical works
โข Plumbing works
โข Civil & handyman works
โข Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
โข Experience with Odoo or similar ERP (preferred)
โข Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
