We from Muhel Consulting Ltd. RSA Team (composed of RSA Team Leaders, Team Members, and Observers) have certain skills, knowledge, and experience that allow us to critically review the available data, undertake an efficient site visit, and open effective dialogue in order that appropriate road safety issues can be raised and discussed accordingly. Recently we conducted a Stage 4 Road Safety Audit with one of the prestigious projects here in Qatar, the “Surrounding Roads of the Lusail Sports Circuit”. We started with a meeting to discuss the scope of works and certain areas that need to consider ensuring the effectiveness of the Audit. The RSA was carried out and headed by Muhel Consulting, KEO International Consultants- The Supervision Consultant, and IHE (International Heavy Equipment Transport & Contracting)- The Contractor.
