فازت إليغانسيا للمقاولات والصناعات بعقد تتجاوز قيمته 500 مليون ريال قطري لتنفيذ وتسليم مركز بيانات «ميزة» الجاهز لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ويعزز العقد مشاركة استثمار القابضة في قطاع البنية التحتية الرقمية ومراكز البيانات المتنامي في قطر.

ومن خلال الجمع بين الخبرات المتخصصة لكل من شركة إليغانسيا كونتراكتينغ ذ.م.م، وشركة إليغانسيا إليكتروميكانيكال سيرفيسز ذ.م.م (MEP)، وشركة إليغانسيا داتا سنتر ذ.م.م، وشركة إليغانسيا ستيل ذ.م.م، وكونسوليديتد إنجينيرينغ سيستمز كومباني ذ.م.م (CESCO)، إلى جانب الخبرات والإمكانات المتكاملة للمجموعة، سيقدم المشروع حلاً شاملاً يغطي مختلف مراحل التنفيذ، من الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والمعمارية والأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية، إلى أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والأمن والحماية من الحرائق وأنظمة التحكم والمراقبة، وصولاً إلى الاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.

ويعكس هذا العقد النمو المتواصل لقطاع المقاولات والصناعات في استثمار القابضة، وقدراته في تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية المتخصصة والمعقدة التي تدعم مسيرة التحول الرقمي في قطر.

Elegancia Contracting & Industries has been awarded the turnkey contract to construct MEEZA’s AI-ready Data Center, valued at more than QAR 500 million. The award strengthens Estithmar Holding’s participation in Qatar’s growing digital infrastructure and data center sector.

By bringing together the specialized expertise of Elegancia Contracting LLC, Elegancia Electromechanical Services LLC (MEP), Elegancia Data Center LLC, Elegancia Steel LLC, and Consolidated Engineering Systems Company LLC (CESCO), alongside the Group’s wider integrated capabilities, the project will deliver a comprehensive solution spanning civil, structural and architectural works, mechanical and electrical systems, ICT, security and fire protection, controls and monitoring, testing and commissioning through to final handover.

The award reflects the continued growth of Estithmar Holding’s Contracting & Industries operating segment and its capabilities in delivering complex, specialized infrastructure projects that support Qatar’s digital transformation.
