🔧 Ce căutăm la viitorul coleg:

✔ Studii minime: 10 clase (profil tehnic – avantaj)
✔ Experiență de minimum 2 ani în operarea utilajelor CNC
✔ Cunoștințe de citire și interpretare desen tehnic
✔ Experiență în utilizarea instrumentelor de măsură și control
✔ Capacitatea de a deservi simultan două utilaje
✔ Seriozitate, atenție la detalii și dorință de învățare continuă
✔ Bune abilități de comunicare și spirit de echipă

🛠 Responsabilități principale:

▪ Operarea mașinilor CNC conform instrucțiunilor de lucru
▪ Realizarea reperelor conform desenului tehnic și efectuarea corecțiilor necesare
▪ Verificarea și măsurarea pieselor conform cerințelor tehnice și standardelor de calitate
▪ Utilizarea și întreținerea instrumentelor de măsură și control
▪ Completarea documentelor specifice procesului de producție

Engineering precision where it matters most 🏎️

This year, our A-arm assembly went through a full redesign. The arm joiners and aluminium inserts were reworked to improve adhesion with the carbon fibre tubes while bringing the weight down significantly. It's the kind of change that only pays off if the manufacturing precision is there to back it up.

That's where Color Control Services came in 👉 As our partner, they took on precision manufacturing across the car, from the redesigned arm joiners and aluminium inserts to components for our bell cranks, anti-roll bar system, steering system, and wheel assembly. The kind of coverage that gives you confidence the whole car is built to the same standard.

In a racecar, the suspension is what keeps the tyres connected to the track. Every corner, every braking zone, every dynamic event depends on it working exactly as designed. Having a partner that understands that standard makes a real difference. 🙏

•Rulează programele CNC pe maşina cu comanda numerica (strung/freza) conform instrucţiunilor de operare;
•Realizeaza diferite repere pe baza desenului tehnic, efectuand corectiile necesare;
•Cunoaste, utilizeaza si intretine instrumentele de masura si control;
•Măsoară şi verifică piesele, conform cerinţelor tehnice si de calitate;
•Completeaza documentele specifice procesului de productie.
