1. Android Developer for native application development (f / m / d). - Fulltime employment / Freelancer
The ideal candidate:
• Diploma in computer science (business) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing native applications for the Android platform using Android Studio
• Very good knowledge of the Kotlin programming language
• Experience with client-server technologies (REST / JSON)
• Good knowledge of standards and protocols such as HTTP (S), OAuth 2.0
• Experience with TDD (unit test / UI testing), continuous integration and agile development methods (Scrum)
• Service-oriented attitude, quick understanding of complex processes, assertiveness and flexibility
• Fluent in German and English
Responsibilities:
• Design, implementation and support of natively developed applications
• Advising the specialized departments regarding the technical implementation
• Implement intuitive user interfaces with UX / UI experts

2. Backend developer / software developer for modular solutions (f/m/d) - full time employment
Responsability:
• Development of modern modular and reusable solutions
• Ensuring sustainable integration ability in a dynamic environment
• Close cooperation with frontend developers to develop functional, powerful, and complete APIs
• Integration of existing business software systems and central data sources
• Writing unit tests, e2e tests in close cooperation with the test managers
• Development of high-quality, well-documented, efficient and reusable code
Your skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT and several years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience in the field of agile software development for web/app applications and in the field of DevOps
• Experience with continuous delivery/continuous integration and their implementation support programs such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, etc.
• High expertise in the development of modular and scalable microservices and REST APIs
• Very good knowledge of development with latest Java EE technologies
• Extensive experience in test automation of microservices
• Confident handling of project/organizational tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.
3. Frontend developer (f/m/d) in - fulltime employment
Responsability:
• Development of modern modular and reusable solutions
• Ensuring sustainable integration ability in a dynamic environment
• Close cooperation with backend developers to integrate APIs
• Decrypting existing enterprise software systems and integration of the application with applicable data sources
• Developing surface and component tests as well as e2e tests in close cooperation with the test managers
• Development of high-quality, well-documented, efficient, and reusable user interfaces for web applications
Your skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT and several years of relevant job experience
• Extensive experience in the field of agile software development for web and app applications and in the field of DevOps
• Strong expertise in Android and iOS app development (Swift, Xcode) as well as experience with design processes and methods
• Experience with continuous delivery/continuous integration and their implementation support programs such as npm, webpack, Jenkins
• Comprehensive knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks such as CSS3, SASS, LESS, HTML5, JavaScript, Type Script
• Extensive experience in frontend testing with tools like Jasmine or Selenium
• Confident handling of project/organizational tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.
4. IT Architect:in (Cloud / App) (f/m/d) full time employment
Responsabilty :
• Design and configuration of target architectures using current architectural approaches (microservices, cloud)
• Responsibility for the emerging IT architecture and the innovative IT solutions in the departmental environment
• Consideration of IT standards, IT strategy, existing systems and business aspects
• Assessment of existing system landscapes and definition of IT modernization needs
• Coordination, planning and structuring of the technical implementation
• Ensuring the reusability and technical compatibility of digital services
• Observation and evaluation of new IT architecture trends as well as exchange with internal and external IT architects
Your skills
• Completed degree in computer science and several years of professional experience in IT architecture
• Many years of developer experience in (agile) software development for web/app applications and in the field of DevOps
• Expertise in the development of microservices and the development of service-oriented architectures
• Sound practical knowledge of modern frontend technology and tools (e.g. Angular 2+, React)
• Expertise in cloud topics such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Or optional expertise in modern app development and architecture (iOS, Android, Flutter)
• Very good knowledge of development with current Java EE technologies
5. Software quality manager (m/f/d) - Fulltime employment / Freelancer
Responsibility :
• Design, establishment, and control of processes to increase quality and optimize the processes
• Definition and establishment of metrics and KPIs to constantly ensure the maturity of our software, systems, and services
• Definition of strategies and standards for E2E monitoring and alerting of digital services and coordination with stakeholders
• Optimization and support in the implementation of DevOps processes as well as product, release, and test management
• Constantly establishing, checking, and ensuring processes, regulations, standards; especially in operation (service governance)
• Quality assurance of the software documentation including quality assurance report as well as audit implementation and support
• Support & coaching of the development teams in process implementation, compliance with standards & continuous improvement
Your skills
• Completed degree in computer science and several years of comparable professional experience
• Many years of experience in (agile) software development for web/app applications
• ISO 9001 certification or QS certification according to ITIL desirable
• Expertise in organizing quality assurance measures
• Well-founded experience in the moderation of continuous improvement processes as well as strong quality awareness
• Safe handling of project/organization tools (ideally: Jira/Confluence) and preferably experience in process management
• Strong analytical skills, open, and agile mindset, strong empathy, and good improvisational skills
