Position Title: Delivery Worker
Job Description:
Primary Duties: Picking up food/groceries from restaurants/shops and delivering them to clients.
Delivery Targets: Between 15-25 deliveries per day, as specified by the company's app.
Work Hours: 60 hours per week, scheduled within intervals recommended by team leaders.
Compensation and Initial Support:
Base Salary: Approximately 3000 RON (~600 EUR) in hand per month, plus tips and food allowance (120 RON), inclusive of accommodation, vehicle for work, government tax, medical insurance, and working protection, after the initial 30 days.
App Earnings: The app displays the company's earnings from deliveries; this is not the worker's direct earnings.
Bonus/Incentives: Salaries exceeding 10,000 RON in app earnings may result in increased compensation based on target achievement and revenue generated.
Initial Accommodation: Hillway covers 30 days of accommodation for the worker upon arrival in Romania.
Initial Food Allowance: The recruitment agency in Colombo provides the food allowance for the worker for the first 30 days, ensuring no cost burden on the employer during this period.
Employment Conditions:
Minimum Employment Period: A commitment of a minimum of 2 years with the company.
Promotion Opportunities: Potential for promotion to team leader positions for workers with exemplary communication and management skills.
Resignation Policy: Resignation is permitted only under medical circumstances.
Vehicles Provided: Company-provided gasoline or electric scooters for delivery use.
General Terms:
Governing Law: This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of Romania.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through [mediation/arbitration/litigation], adhering to Romanian law.
Agreement Confirmation:
By signing this document, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this term sheet, acknowledging it as a preliminary agreement subject to the final, detailed, and legally binding employment contract.
