Keep IT Simple Our proof that we really create value? The trust we gain from our clients and colleagues! These have become our natural state; our super-power!

That’s what inspires us to start with passion each and every project; but there is something more: enthusiasm and our constant desire to grow and be better. So we choose the people behind our software or services. We are the source for the innovation we bring in digital, together we enjoy every moment of our journey and we know the most complicated thing is to… Keep it Simple!

🔥 ITSS Team Building | Evening vibes: Folk music, games & connection
Some of the best team moments happen when we slow down, gather around the fire, and simply enjoy being together. 💛
Our team building brought us folk music for the last night together, guitar sing-alongs by the campfire, games, and plenty of time to connect beyond our everyday work routines.
Because community is built in the little moments, too. 🪵🎶

Oktoberfest vibes, team challenges, and skills put to the test! 🥨🏆
Day 2 brought out our competitive spirit as we took on a series of Oktoberfest-inspired challenges that pushed us to think strategically, adapt on the spot, take initiative, and work together towards a common goal.
From quick decisions to unexpected twists, every challenge was a chance to put our ACT / REACT core qualities into action — embracing initiative, ownership, personal leadership, and collaboration. And, of course, there were plenty of laughs and a few surprises along the way! 😄

Every great team-building story starts with good company, new connections, and a little friendly competition! 💛

We kicked off our October getaway at Poiana Brasov with dinner, board games, drinks, and fun icebreakers that brought us together beyond our everyday work routines. From Jenga questions that sparked conversations to creative challenges and discovering what we have in common, the first evening was all about getting to know each other a little better — and having fun along the way.

And this was just the beginning! ✨

⚙️ Weeks 4 & 5 retrospective

Our students went deeper into Backend Development, working with Java, Spring, databases, Git and design patterns—and putting everything into practice in their own applications.

Two weeks of coding, problem-solving, code reviews and lots of teamwork. 💻🤝

And the result? Four functional applications, with some teams even going beyond the initial requirements. 🚀

Next up: QA — Manual & Automation. 🧪
