Electrification must become a national strategic priority — backed by coherent policy and European unity.

Romanian Energy Center President Corneliu Bodea joined the executive dialogue at the Eurelectric Power Summit in Helsinki. The message was clear: the era of target-setting is over. What lies ahead demands coordinated investment in grids and flexibility.

Europe’s direction is set. Romania’s response must be equally deliberate.

Romanian Energy Center (CRE) este prezent la Eurelectric Power Summit 2026, la Helsinki, unul dintre cele mai relevante forumuri europene dedicate viitorului sectorului energetic.

Într-un context marcat de transformări profunde ale pieței energiei, summitul reunește lideri ai industriei, reprezentanți ai instituțiilor europene și factori de decizie pentru a discuta despre competitivitate, securitate energetică, electrificare și accelerarea tranziției către o economie cu emisii reduse de carbon.

Pentru CRE, participarea la acest eveniment reprezintă o oportunitate valoroasă de dialog și colaborare cu parteneri europeni de prim rang, precum și de promovare a perspectivelor și priorităților sectorului energetic din România în cadrul dezbaterilor care modelează viitorul energetic al Europei.
